Extension of Share Purchase Plan
Simble Solutions Limited (ASX:SIS) ( Simble or the Company ) wishes to advise that the Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ) announced to the market on 31 January 2020 will be extended for a period of three weeks from Friday, 6 March 2020 to Friday, 27 March 2020 at 5.00 pm (AEDT). An updated timetable for the SPP with the new closing date is provided below.
Under the SPP, eligible shareholders are able to subscribe for up to $30,000 in fully paid ordinary shares in Simble at a purchase price of $0.016 per share.
