Completion of Share Purchase Plan

Simble Solutions Limited ( Simble or the Company ) is pleased to provide a shareholder update regarding the results of the Share Purchase Plan.

The Share Purchase Plan closed on Friday, 27 March 2020 raising $115,800 by the application for 7,237,500 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) at a price of $0.016. The Shares are expected to be issued Tuesday, 7 April 2020.

The funds raised in the Share Purchase Plan and the recently completed placement announced to the ASX on 25 March 2020, provide the Company with the working capital runway to continue operations and pursue growth opportunities in the mobility and energy software as a service (SaaS) markets for the foreseeable future.
