Cancellation of Performance Shares
Simble Solutions Limited ( Simble or the Company ) wishes to advise that following the release of the Company’s audited 2019 full year results. 22,500,000 Class B and 2,500,000 Class D Performance shares issued as part of the Company’s initial public offering in 2018 have lapsed as the performance criteria have not been met.
