Simble Solutions Limited (the “Company”) was admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (“ASX”) on Tuesday, 20 February 2018.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities is expected to commence at 11:00 am AEDT on Thursday, 22 February 2018.

The Company raised approximately $7.5 million pursuant to the offer under the prospectus dated 15 December 2017 (the “Prospectus”) by the issue of 37,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
