Simble appoints CEO

Highlights

• Simble appoints founder and long standing executive director, Fadi Geha, as its Chief Executive Officer, effective today.

• Mr Geha has been involved in the operational management of Simble since its very start and is ideally placed to take up this appointment to lead the business in its strategy to sell Simble’s software suite in Australasia, Europe (including the United Kingdom) and China and South East Asia.

Sydney, 27 March 2024: Sustainability Solutions Company Simble Solutions Limited (ASX:SIS) (‘Simble’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Fadi Geha as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective 26 March 2024.

Steve Thornhill, Chair, commented “This appointment comes at a pivotal time for Simble, with new and existing markets showing signs of growth opportunity and I welcome Fadi to this role and wish him every success in it.”

Fadi Geha commented “I look forward to working closely with the Board as we embrace the market opportunity ahead and focus on executing our growth strategy across both existing markets as well as the new and emerging markets in Asia.”

The key terms of Mr Geha’s employment agreement are as outlined within the Appendix to this announcement.

APPENDIX

Summary of terms of Chief Executive Officer Employment Agreement

Position	Chief Executive Officer
Commencement Date	26 March 2024
Fixed Renumeration	$170,000plus superannuation
Variable Renumeration	Discretionary bonuses are payable based on strategic KPI’s set by the Board.
Notice Period	Termination by Employee is subject to 12 months notice. Terminationby Simbleis subject to 6monthsnotice.
Termination Payment	Simble may pay a termination payment equivalent to the fixed remuneration that would have been earned in lieu of notice.
Post-employment restraint	Restraint of trade provisions apply for up to 18 months post termination.
