Simble Solutions Limited ( Simble or the Company ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Loiterton as Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 31 May 2020.
Simble wishes to advise that Mr Philip Tye has stepped down as Chairman effective immediately and will continue as a Non-Executive Director.
