Resignation and Appointment of Auditor
Simble Solutions Limited ( Simble or the Company ) wishes to announce that effective from today, 16 August 2019, William Buck Limited ( William Buck ) has been appointed as auditor for the Company.
This appointment follows the outcome of an audit tender process undertaken by the Directors. The Company received approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ( ASIC ) to change its auditors in accordance with this process and s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001. Accordingly, the Company has accepted the resignation of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited ( Deloitte ).
The reason for the change in auditor is to give effect to the result of a competitive tender process.
The appointment of William Buck as auditors of the Company will be recommended by the Board for ratification at the Company’s next annual general meeting.
The Company wishes to thank Deloitte for its service.
