Resignation of Company Secretary
Simble Solutions Limited ( Simble or the Company ) wishes to advise that Mr Stephen Strubel has resigned his position as Company Secretary of Simble effective immediately as Mr Strubel is no longer an employee of Boardroom Pty Limited (ABN 14 003 209 836), the provider of company secretarial services to Simble.
Mr Hasaka Martin remains as the sole Company Secretary for the Company.
The Company wishes to thank Mr Strubel for his service.
