Change of Company Secretary
Simble Solutions Limited ( Simble or the Company ) advises that effective from 30 August 2018, Mr Kobe Li of BoardRoom Pty Ltd has been appointed as Company Secretary of Simble.
Kobe Li spent eight years at ASX Listings Compliance team as a Senior Adviser overseeing a portfolio of ASX listed entities. He is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia and is admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Mr Li replaces Mr Tharun Kuppanda and the Board takes this opportunity to thank Mr Kuppanda for his contribution as Company Secretary.
