Change of Company Secretary

Simble Solutions Limited ( Simble or the Company ) advises that effective from 9 November 2018, Mr Hasaka Martin and Mr Stephen Strubel of Boardroom Pty Limited have been appointed as Company Secretary of Simble.

Mr. Martin is a Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed entities with experience in corporate action administration, listings & board governance.

Mr. Strubel has worked as a Company Secretary for listed and unlisted entities and has a background in financial markets.

Mr. Martin and Mr. Strubel replace Mr Kobe Li. The Board takes this opportunity to thank Mr Li for his contribution as Company Secretary.
