ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DATE AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Simble Solutions Limited ( ASX: SIS ) advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on 30 May 2024 at 11:00 am (Sydney time). Details of the location will be contained within the Notice of Meeting.

In accordance with the Company’s constitution, nominations for election as a director of the Company must be received by the Company not later than 35 business days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting (i.e. by close of business in Sydney on 08 April 2024). Nominations must be in writing and include the nomination and the consent of the individual nominated.

Further details of the meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be distributed to shareholders in due course.
