2017 INTERIM RESULTS

SIM Technology Group Limited (“ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, “ Group ”) will publish its interim results announcement of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2017 on 24 August 2017. To promote institutional investor relations and communications, the Company will hold an institutional investor conference at Unit 2401-2, 24/F., Admiralty Centre I, 18 Harcourt Road, Admiralty, Hong Kong on Thursday, 24 August 2017 at 3:30 p.m. Please note that attendance at the institutional investor conference is by invitation only.
