INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR CONFERENCE IN RELATION TO 2014 INTERIM RESULTS

SIM Technology Group Limited (“ Company ” together with its subsidiaries, “ Group ”) will publish its interim results announcement of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2014 on 28 August 2014. To promote institutional investor relations and communications, the Company will hold an institutional investor conference at Unit A, 29/F., Admiralty Centre I, 18 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong on Thursday, 28 August 2014 at 4:30 p.m.. Please note that attendance at the institutional investor conference is by invitation only.
