CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of SIM Technology Group Limited (the “ Company ”) in relation to the audited consolidated results of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2011 published on 22 March 2012 (the “ Announcement ”).

The Company has noted an inadvertent clerical mistake made to the number of employees as at 31 December 2011 as disclosed under the paragraph headed “Employees” in the Announcement and would like to clarify that the number of employees as at 31 December 2011 should be approximately 4,979 but not 3,381.

The above clarification does not affect other information contained in the Announcement.
