ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER RULE 13.09(1) OF THE LISTING RULES

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.09(1) of the Rules Governing the Listing of the Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ Listing Rules ”).

The board of directors of SIM Technology Group Limited (the “ Company ”) together with its subsidiaries (the “ Group ”) is pleased to share with the investors and shareholders of the Company that the unaudited monthly revenue of the Group for the month of June 2012 is approximately HK$249 million (May 2012: HK$265 million) and the unaudited revenue of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2012 is approximately HK$1,316.7 million.

The principal activities of the Group are manufacturing, design and development and sale of display modules, handsets and solutions, and wireless communication modules.

The above information is extracted from the management accounts of the Group, which have not been reviewed or audited by the auditors of the Company. All information shall be subject to the audited and interim financial information of the Group. Investors and shareholders of the Company are advised not to rely on such information, and the directors of the Company shall not be responsible for any reliance placed thereon.
