("Silverwood", the "Company" or, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") 

Change of Accounting Reference Date

The Company announces a change to its accounting reference date and financial year end from 28 December to 28 June with immediate effect. The change is being made to align the year ends of companies within the Group.

As a result of this change in the accounting reference date, Silverwood's reporting timetable will be as follows:

·    Publication of unaudited interim results for the period of 30 June 2024 to 31 December 2024, no later than 31 March 2025.

·    Publication of audited accounts for the 18 months to 30 June 2025, no later than 31 December 2025.
