Completion of Acquisition of NBY London Limited

Silverwood Brands plc, an enterprise company established to invest primarily in branded consumer businesses, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of NBY London Ltd, the owner of the Nailberry brand ("Nailberry"). Nailberry is a multi-award-winning leader in non-toxic nail products, as announced on 30 September 2022 and 13 October 2022. 

Although the current economic conditions are difficult, the Directors of the Company believe that Nailberry has significant opportunities for growth both in the UK and internationally and are excited about the future of the business within the Silverwood Brands portfolio.

Andrew Gerrie, the Executive Director of Silverwood Brands, said:
