1. Scheduled Platform Maintenance and Infrastructure Upgrade

We wish to apprise the stakeholders that our primary digital platform will be under scheduled maintenance for the next 24 to 72 hours. The Company has recently witnessed an unprecedented and sudden surge in Daily Active Users (DAU) by approximately 45%. To effectively meet this growing demand, ensure seamless scalability, and provide an uninterrupted user experience, management has initiated a comprehensive upgrade of our backend infrastructure during this maintenance window. We assure our users and stakeholders that services will resume with enhanced capacity and optimized performance post-upgrade.

2. Strategic Pivot of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Branch

In light of the ongoing macroeconomic environment and shifting global geopolitics, the Company has decided to strategically pivot the focus of its Artificial Intelligence (AI) branch. Moving forward, the AI division will dedicate its research and resources to developing Proprietary AI solutions specialized in the following critical sectors:

• Cyber Warfare: Developing advanced threat-detection and defense mechanisms for enterprise and state-level digital security.

• Supply Chain Management: Deploying predictive AI models to secure and streamline global supply chains against geopolitical disruptions.
