A technical report entitled "Technical Report on the Red Mountain VMS Property Bonnifield Mining District, Alaska, USA" dated June 28, 2024 with an effective date of January 12, 2024 (the "Technical Report") was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects by the undersigned and filed with applicable securities regulatory authorities.

The undersigned hereby consents to being named in the Prospectus Supplement under the heading "Interests of Experts".
