Re: Silver47 Exploration Corp.

We refer to the prospectus supplement dated January 2, 2026 to the short form base shelf prospectus dated November 26, 2025 (the "Prospectus Supplement") being filed by Silver47 Exploration Corp. relating to the sale and issue of 28,572,000 units ("Units") at a price of $1.05 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $30,000,600. Each Unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole common share purchase warrant, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one common share at a price of $1.40 per common share for a period of 36 months.
