We refer to the prospectus supplement dated January 2, 2026 to the short form base shelf prospectus dated November 26, 2025 (the "Prospectus Supplement") being filed by Silver47 Exploration Corp. relating to the sale and issue of 28,572,000 units ("Units") at a price of $1.05 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $30,000,600.
