NOTICE OF CHANGE IN YEAR-END - AMENDED

TO: British Columbia Securities Commission Alberta Securities Commission

RE: Notice of Change in Year-End pursuant to Section 4.8 of National Instrument 51102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations (“NI 51-102”)

1. Change in Financial Year-End

Silver X Mining Corp . ( the “ Corporation ”) hereby gives notice that pursuant to Section 4.8 of NI 51-102, it has changed its financial year end from February 28 to December 31.

2. Reason for the Change

The Board has determined that a December 31 financial year end is preferable to a February 28 financial year end as this change of year-end will allow for a more streamlined and comprehensive auditing and financial reporting process and allows the Corporation to better synchronize its financial reporting with that of comparable companies within the mining sector.

3. Relevant Dates for Financial Reporting Purposes

• (a) The Company’s old year end was February 28;

• (b) The Company’s new year end will be December 31 (starting with December 31, 2021).

4. The length and ending date of the periods, including the comparative periods, of the interim and the annual financial statements to be filed for the Company’s Transition Year and its New Financial Year.

• Interim Financial Statements for Transition Financial Year

  • Seven months ended September 30, 2021 compared to six months ended August 31, 2020.

• Annual Financial Statements for Transition Financial Year

  • Ten months ended December 31, 2021 compared to twelve months ended February 28, 2020.

New Financial Year Filing

• Interim Financial Statements for New Financial Year

  • Three months ended March 31, 2022 compared to the three months ended February 28, 2021.

  • Six months ended June 30, 2022 compared to the six months ended May 31, 2021.

  • Nine months ended September 30, 2022 compared to the ten months ended September 30, 2021.

• Annual Financial Statements for New Financial Year

  • Twelve months ended December 31, 2022 compared to the ten months ended December 31, 2021.

5. The filing deadlines prescribed under Sections 4.2 and 4.4 of NI 51-102, for the interim and annual financial statements for the Company’s transition year are:

Interim financial statements for the seven months ended September 30, 2021, will be required to be filed on or before November 29, 2021.

Annual financial statements for the ten month transition year ended December 31, 2021 will be required to be filed on or before May 2, 2022

Interim financial statements for the three month period ended March 31, 2022 will be required to be filed on or before May 30, 2022.

Interim financial statements for the six month period ended June 30, 2022 will be required to be filed on or before August 29, 2022.

Interim financial statements for the nine month period ended September 30, 2022 will be required to be filed on or before November 29, 2022.

Annual financial statements for the twelve months ended December 31, 2022 will be required to be filed on or before May 1, 2023.
