I, Edmundo Tulcanaza, am responsible for preparing the technical report titled “NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Recuperada Project, Peru” with an effective date of October 15, 2020 and an issue date of March 25, 2021 (the “ Technical Report ”) and do hereby consent to the public filing of the Technical Report.

2. I also consent to the use of extracts from, or a summary of, the Technical Report in the news release of the Company dated February 11, 2021 (the “ News Release ”).
