NOTICE OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR
TO: British Columbia Securities Commission, Alberta Securities Commission

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 4.11 of National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations (“NI 51-102”) that Silver X Mining Corp. (the “ Corporation ”) has changed its auditors from SHIM & Associates LLP (the “ Former Auditor ”) to Davidson & Company LLP (the “Successor Auditor”) effective September 22, 2023.
In accordance with Section 4.11(7), the Corporation confirms that:

(a) the Former Auditor has resigned on their initiative effective September 22, 2023;
-
(b) the Corporation appointed Davidson & Company LLP as the successor auditor of the Corporation effective September 22, 2023;
-
(c) the resignation of the Former Auditor and the appointment of the Successor Auditor as auditors of the Corporation have been considered and approved by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Corporation;
-
(d) the Former Auditor’s report on any of the Corporation’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022, did not contain any reservation;
-
(e) there have been no “reportable events” in connection with the audits of the two most recently completed fiscal years of the Corporation, nor for the period from the most recently completed period for which the Former Auditor issued an audit report in respect of the Corporation and the date of this Notice as defined in section 4.11(1) of NI 51-102; and
-
(f) the content of this Notice has been reviewed by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Corporation
