REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
We refer to the trading halt requested on the securities of Silver Mines Limited ( Company ) on 22[nd] March 2018. Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company hereby requests that its securities be placed in voluntary suspension whilst it finalises the details of a capital raising.
The Company anticipates that a request to lift the voluntary suspension will be made no later than the opening of trading on Thursday, 29[th] March 2018, concurrent with the release of an announcement in respect of the capital raising.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
