REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION OF SVL SECURITIES
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Silver Mines Limited (“the Company”) hereby requests that its securities be placed in voluntary suspension whilst it finalises the details of a capital raising.
The Company anticipates that a request to lift the voluntary suspension will be made no later than the opening of trading on Thursday, 5[th] October 2017, concurrent with the release of an announcement in respect of the capital raising.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
