Appointment of Company Secretary

The Company is pleased to advise that Mr Trent Franklin has joined Silver Mines in the position of Company Secretary, replacing Mr Vaz Hovanessian and Mr Richard Holstein who have resigned to pursue other interests.

Trent holds qualifications in Finance, Financial Planning and Insurance Broking, he has a Bachelor of Science (Geology/Geophysics) from the University of Sydney, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company. Trent competed in the 2004 and 2008 Olympics as Vice Captain of Australia’s Water Polo team. He has also served as a director on the Board of Australian Olympic Committee Inc.

Silver Mines would like to welcome Trent to the Company and thanks Mr Hovanessian and Mr Holstein for the significant service provided over many years.
