The Auditors of Silver Grail Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) have been the firm of Manning Elliott LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, of Vancouver, BC.

Effective June 9, 2023, Manning Elliott LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, resigned at the Company’s request; the firm of Charlton & Company, Chartered Professional Accountants was appointed by the Directors of the Company as the new Auditors of the Company commencing June 9, 2023.

The resignation of Manning Elliott LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants and the proposal to appoint Charlton & Company, Chartered Professional Accountants as the new Auditors was approved by the Company’s Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.

There have been no reservations in any of the Auditor’s Reports on the Company’s financial statements for the years ended March 31, 2020 and March 31, 2021 and there have been no reportable events.
