According to the company's report, dated January 12, 2022, a capital consolidation will be made in the Company's shares (IL0010970544), on January 19, 2022 to shareholders of record as of January 18, 2022. The capital consolidation will be made in a ratio of 10:1.

In accordance with the third part of TASE rules and regulations, there will be no trading in the company's shares on Wednesday, January 18, 2022, which is the record date for the capital consolidation.
