Silicom Ltd. (the “Registrant”) will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 1, 2016 at 12:00 (Israel time) at the Registrant’s offices at 14 Atir Yeda Street, Kfar Sava 4464323, Israel (the “Meeting”).

In connection with the Meeting, on or about April 30, 2016, the Registrant will mail to shareholders the Notice of Annual General Meeting, Proxy Statement and Proxy Card.
