• (i) 350,000 unquoted employee options expiring 26 May 2015 exercisable at 524 cents each;

• (ii) 140,000 unquoted employee options expiring 29 July 2015 exercisable at 465 cents each;

• (iii) 125,000 unquoted employee options expiring 14 October 2015 exercisable at 528 cents; and

• (iv) 145,000 unquoted employee options expiring 4 July 2016 exercisable at 292 cents

have lapsed in accordance with the Silex Systems Limited Employee Share Option Plan.
