Rugz AS has today transferred 97,899 shares in Spir Group ASA (the "Company") to Karbon Invest AS.

Rugz AS and Karbon Invest AS are close associates of Jens Rugseth, a board member and primary insider in the Company. The transfer to Karbon Invest AS is made to consolidate Mr. Rugseth’s share ownership in the Company and does not entail a realization of the value of the shares or any change in Mr. Rugseth’s indirect ownership in the Company.
