Siguldas CMAS JSC Denomination of shares from lats to euro

JSC ‘Siguldas ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija’ informs that in accordance with the decision of annual general meeting that took place on April 24, 2015 to denominate share nominal value from lats to euro, the denomination date is set on June 12, 2015 (end of day).

The calculation date of the share value difference resulting from the denomination of shares from lats to euro: June 12, 2015, and the payment date: June 16, 2015.

The Articles of Association are registered within Commercial Registry on May 22, 2015.
