Announcement of the Acquisition of Significant Share

AS „Siguldas ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija” informs that on 19 November 2013 it has received an announcement from a private person Oļegs Radčenko. The announcement, dated 15.11.2013, informs that on 25 June 2012 Oļegs Radčenko has increased his hold in AS „Siguldas ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija” share capital by purchasing additional shares of AS „Siguldas ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija”, increasing his immediate possession of shares to 21 838 shares which is equal to 5.18% of the share capital of AS „Siguldas ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija”.
