Confirmation of capital reduction

SigmaRoc plc, the specialist quarried materials group, today announces that following the Court hearing which occurred on 23 May 2023, the registrar of companies has today recorded the court order thereby effecting the capital reduction.

The proposals relating to the capital reduction were set out in detail in the Company's notice of AGM, which was sent to shareholders on 27 March 2023. It comprises both: (i) the cancellation of the balance standing to the credit of the Company's share premium account; and (ii) the cancellation of the 761,679,142 deferred shares of £0.001 each, which were in existence following historic share capital reorganisations.

Following the capital reduction, the total voting rights outstanding in the Company remain unchanged.
