Change of Registered Office and Investor Relations Appointment

SigmaRoc, the AIM quoted buy-and-build construction materials group, is pleased to announce that it has changed its registered office to Suite 1, 15 Ingestre Place, London, W1F 0DU with immediate effect. 

As previously notified, Dean Masefield has stepped down from the board of directors and resumed the role that he previously held, Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the PPG, Channel Islands, South Wales and Benelux platforms. In addition, Dean has assumed the role of Head of Investor Relations.
