AIM Rule 17 Disclosure Schedule Two (g) Update

SigmaRoc plc announces a change of information in relation to Mr David Barrett, Executive Chairman of the Company, pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) to the AIM Rules for Companies.

Mr Barrett is a director of Hough Estates (Management) Ltd ("HEM"), which entered into administration on 5 March 2019. It is currently expected that all creditors of HEM will be paid in full.
