I, Pedro S. P. Véliz, P. Eng., do hereby certify:

1. I am a Consultant Professional Engineer for Promon Engenharia Av. Pres. Juscelino Kubitschek 1830, 13º andar Torre III, 04543-900, Vila Nova Conceição, São Paulo, Brazil.

2. This certificate applies to the Technical Report entitled “ Grota do Cirilo Lithium Project Araçuaí and Itinga Regions, Minas Gerais, Brazil Phase 2 (Barreiro) Update of the NI 43101 Technical Report on Feasibility Study ” with an effective date of June 2, 2021 (Technical Report).

3. I hold the title of mining engineer granted by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil, 1978 and graduated in civil mining engineering by the Technical University of the State in Chile in 1975. I have worked as a professional engineer continuously since my graduation.

4. I have read the definition of Qualified Person set out in the National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) and certify that by reason of my education, affiliation with a professional association and past relevant work experiences, I fulfil the requirement to be an independent qualified person for the purposes of NI 43-101.

5. I have participated in the preparation of this Technical Report and am responsible for Sections 18.1, 18.2, 18.3, 18.4, 18.5, 18.6, 18.9, 18.10, 18.11, 18.12, 18.13, 18.14, 18.15, 18.16, 19, 20, 21, 24 and the applicable parts of 1, 25 and 26.

6. I am independent of Sigma Lithium Corporation as defined by Section 1.5 of the Instrument. I don’t have any prior involvement with the property that is the subject of the technical report.

7. As of the effective date of the Technical Report, to the best of my knowledge, information and belief, the sections of the technical report for which I am responsible contain all scientific and technical information that is required to be disclosed to make the technical report not misleading.
