Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to our earlier disclosures dated July 1, 2025, July 7, 2025 and August 7, 2025, regarding the proposed sale of the Company’s 36.52% shareholding in Extrovis AG, Switzerland, we wish to inform you that the Company has received the sale consideration of USD 15,000,000 (approximately INR 137.61 Crores).

Accordingly, the aforesaid transaction has been successfully completed and the sale of the Company’s investment in Extrovis AG, Switzerland stands concluded.

This disclosure is being made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
