In relation to the captioned subject and reference, we wish to inform you that based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution dated December 22, 2025 (at 11.08 P.M) has approved the appointment of Mr. Cheemarla Damodar Reddy (DIN: 01643638) as Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) on the Board with effect from December 22, 2025 and to hold office as such up to next / ensuing General Meeting of the Company or up to a period of three months from the date of appointment whichever is earlier.

In accordance with the circular dated June 20, 2018 issued by the exchanges, it is confirmed that Mr. Cheemarla Damodar Reddy (DIN: 01643638) is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India or any such authority.
