The Company announces that it was notified on 1 December 2021 that the spouse of its Chief Executive Officer, Steve Francis, had sold 20,243 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company and that Mr Francis had immediately purchased 20,243 ordinary shares via his ISA. Prior to these transactions, Mr Francis was beneficially interested in 815,769 ordinary shares in SIG and, following these transactions, Mr Francis remains beneficially interested in 815,769 ordinary shares in SIG.
