Board Composition - change of Senior Independent Director

SIG, a leading supplier of specialist insulation and building products across Europe, announces that existing non-executive director and Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee Kath Durrant will assume the role of Senior Independent Director with effect from today's date. Kath will succeed Alan Lovell, who remains a non-executive director of the Company.
