SIG plc ("SIG" or "the Company"), a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe, announces that Kath Kearney-Croft will step down as an Executive Director of the Company following the appointment of Ian Ashton as Group Chief Financial Officer.  Kath will remain with the Company until 30 September 2020 to ensure there is an orderly handover.
