Transfer to Nasdaq Capital Market

On July 11, 2017, Sify Technologies Limited (the “Company”) received approval to list its American Depositary Shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Nasdaq has given the Company, an additional 180 days to consider implementing available options to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement, including implementing a reverse stock split, if necessary.
