Passing of Mr. S R Sukumara

Sify Technologies Limited (the “Company”) deeply regrets to announce that Mr S R Sukumara, a Director of the Company, a member of the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, and Nominating Committee died on January 26, 2013. Mr. Sukumara had been a director of the Company since January 2007.

Mr. Sukumara’s position on the Board and on the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating Committee will remain open until the Company is able to find a suitable replacement.
