Mr. Mark J. Silk resigned from the Board of Directors of SIFCO Industries, Inc. (“Company”), effective April 9, 2011. The resignation is not the result of any disagreement between Mr. Silk and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
