Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs the investors that, on 22.09.2023, it purchased 60,348,576 shares issued by Electromagnetica S.A., (8.927% of the issuer share capital), for which it paid the amount of 10,922,994.86 lei, following the settlement of the transactions made at B.V.B. on September 20, 2023.

This acquisition is part of the management strategy of Infinity Capital Investments S.A., approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders on 27.04.2023, respectively to improve the quality of the managed portfolio with the aim of increasing its long-term and sustainable value for the benefit of the shareholders of Infinity Capital Investments S.A.

Furthermore, this acquisition falls within the risk limits established for the risk appetite assumed by Infinity Capital Investments S.A., and the increase in exposure

to this issuer is aimed at diversifying the risk at the level of the entire managed portfolio.

The investment/disinvestment activities of Infinity Capital Investments S.A. are made with the aim of increasing the value of the portfolio in the long term, strictly comply with the relevant legal provisions and are included in the permitted investments provided by the regulatory framework in force.
