S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that, on 09.10.2018, the salepurchase operation of the 1,023,534,303 shares held by S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. in Banca Comercială Română has been finalised by signing in the Shareholder Register of the transfer of shares from S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. to ERSTE GROUP BANK A.G.

The transfer has been carried out based on the Decision no.3/04.10.2018 of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting. The sum of EUR 140,000,000 (the amount of the stake sold) has been paid out by the buyer in the account of S.I.F. Oltenia S.A.
