S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. notifies the shareholders and investors that the Report of the Board of Directors and Interim Consolidated Financial Statements as of 30.06.2022 – prepared in accordance with the legal provisions – will be available, starting with 26.09.2022, 08:30 a.m., on the company's website, at www.sifolt.ro/Periodical reports and at the headquarters of S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. from Craiova, Tufănele street no. 1.

The half-yearly report is drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 24/2017 (R), Law no. 74/2015, Law no. 243/2019 and the FSA Regulations. no. 5/2018, no. 10/2015, no. 7/2020 and the FSA no. 39/2015.

We state that the Interim Consolidated Financial Statements as of 30.06.2022 are not audited by the external financial auditor of the company.
