S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. informs the investors that the Half Year Report as of 30.06.2017 – prepared according to the legal provisions – will be available, starting as from 02.08.2017, 8:30 a.m., on company's website:

The report also will be made available for those interested - starting on the same date - at the S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. headquarters from Craiova, 1, Tufanele Street.

We mention that the financial statements as of 30.06.2017 are not audited by the company's external financial auditor.

S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. will submit the Half Year Report as of 30.06.2017 to Bucharest Stock Exchange and Financial Supervision Authority.
