As regards the article published in the newspaper "Ziarul Financiar" on 16.03.2018 under the headline "SIF OLTENIA S.A. sold 12.7% of the plastic manufacturer PRODPLAST S.A. for 6.24 milion lei", we inform the shareholders and the capital market that this is not true.
S.I.F. OLTENIA S.A. made no transactions with PRODPLAST shares throught the year 2018, so far.
